Job Description:
Answer phone calls and support visitors.
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning and sending emails.
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stocks like stationery, guards’ uniforms etc.
Handle all staff’s documents.
Maintain confidential record and file.
Monitor renewal and expiration of the Visa of all staff.
Coordinate with the HR Manager on staff’s visa application.
Apply for the Security guards SIRA License using SIRA Portal.
Update Accounts Payable and Receivable using Excel.
Prepare Tax Invoice and guards Time sheet at the end of the month.
Prepare Quotations, LPO’s and Security Service agreements.
Follow up payments.
