I’m a dedicated Human Resources Manager with over a 10 years of experience across real estate, retail, fire safety, cosmetics and holding companies. I specialize in building HR systems from the ground up, leading full-cycle recruitment, and driving employee engagement in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

Since 2022, I’ve been leading the HR function at a real estate brokerage firm, where I helped scale the company from just 10 employees to over 150 across 3 branches. My key responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, HR compliance, performance management, and policy development—all aligned with business goals and a people-first culture.

Previously, I worked at a leading fire protection supplier, where I was responsible for recruitment and policy enforcement across multiple departments. I ensured smooth HR operations while supporting the day-to-day needs of a large, fast-moving team.

At Yateem Optician, I held a dual role as HR Officer and Executive Assistant to the CEO, overseeing employee documentation, master data management, and cross-branch policy implementation across Dubai and Bahrain. I also led the successful setup of a unified email communication system for all branches, improving internal coordination.

Earlier in my career, I provided high-level executive assistance at L’Oréal Cosmetics and Penbrothers International, supporting top leadership with calendar and travel management, executive communications, and administrative operations.

My combined experience in HR management and executive support has given me a well-rounded understanding of organizational needs—from operational efficiency to leadership-level coordination. I am known for being detail-oriented, resourceful, and deeply committed to helping teams and businesses thrive.
